Yoga with Alexandra Langstaff

This is a standard yoga class with floor and standing postures. This class is complimentary for Equinox Village staff and residents. The public is welcome. The cost is $15/class and payable directly to Alexandra. Everyone should bring their own mat. Class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15 p.m. Please call in advance.
